(More customer reviews)I've been quilting for 10 years and love trying out the newest thing. I currently have seven different kinds of moderate to high end quilting needles I use. These are the worst of the lot and I will not continue to use them. They bend easily like the regular Clover needles of the same size but are not as slick. They drag going through the fabric. They also cost a pretty penny- which I would gladly pay if they were wonderful but they're not.

(More customer reviews)This is a very beautiful gift set of the Clover knitting circular needles. On average, it'll cost less to purchase this set than to obtain each set of needles individually - plus, you get the case.
The "but" is in regards to the needle sizes provided. The description on Amazon currently lists needle sizes as 8, 9, 10, 10.5, 11, 13, and 15. However, the product actually contains 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 15. So if you're looking to obtain the 10.5 from this set, you'll want to purchase separately.

The Bulldog Hardware 131588 Peg-A-System Ultimate Kit Review

While I'm not totally dissatisfied given the price, I was surprised with the hardware that came with the set. The cheap drywall screw heads (#2 phillips) strip immediately upon hitting the underlying studs so I instead used self-tapping deck screws to mount. Remember, the peg board is made of plastic, so if you use a powerful electric screw gun to drive the threads home, you'll break it and sink right through if you're not careful. Otherwise, I'd recommend you pre-drill your holes before mounting.
Another let down, I have a 4 lb. shop hammer I tried to hang, but the weight was too much for this peg board to handle. This is definitely for light tools only, but if that's all you will be using it for, then you'll probably be satisfied. My mistake was reading the name of the kit, "Bulldog," but in reality, it rates more like a Dachshund.
Pros: Assembly time takes only a few minutes
Cons: It's no Bulldog

Oliso TG1050 1600 Watts Smart Iron Review

(More customer reviews)I just recently purchased this iron and so far am very impressed with the quick heat-up and ease of use. My last two irons were both Rowenta brand. They came so highly reccommended by clerks in fabric shops and by Martha Stewart, using one regularly on her show during craft segments. Well, my first one died in less than a year after purchase. It wasn't cheap! ($80-90.00 range) I sent it back to the company and asked if they could repair it and let me know what the charge would be since it was out of the warranty period. Two weeks later I got it back, not repaired with a short and somewhat rude note stating that since it was out of it's warranty they would not touch it, completely ignoring my offer to pay for the repair. Later I decided to try Rowenta again with a lower end model, (less expensive) that still delivered on the steam factor. Well that one lasted about 4 years total before it died but, the steam element went caput in only a few months after purchase. While I researched online for a better, more reliable iron, I struggled along with an old Black & Decker "Professional" model hidden away in the back of the linen closet. I was quickly reminded of why it was tucked back there, it weighs a ton and the steam element is terrible and leaked all over the place. When I saw this Oliso model on Amazon, I went to the manufacturer's website to get more info and found a short video on the home page showing all the unique features of this iron. I was hooked and knew I had to try one for myself!The i-touch scorch guards are so cool! It took me all of 5 minutes to get used to the idea of leaving the iron flat rather than standing it on it's heel. It heats up to temperature very quickly too which is great if you are in a rush. The knobs and selectors are very easy to read and understand and the water tank is actually accessible and easy to fill! What a concept!! I do alot of sewing both clothing and household items so this is a much needed and welcome upgrade. I hope over time I will still be able to give this product the 5 star rating, depending on the lifespan of course. So far I am thrilled!...Well at least as thrilled as one could be over an iron!

(More customer reviews)Your Steam Fast will rest EXACTLY 2 ft 3 inches from the ground. This stand cannot change height so it is meant to be used while sitting. I don't iron that many shirts/clothes at one time so sitting is not necessary, and standing at 5 foot 8 inches and trying to use the steam fast at 2 ft 3 inches can be challenging. After I steam, i have to get up multiple times to hang the shirts. I don't know why they don't design a stand the raises the steamer to standing height. Crazy! Just know what you're getting and you won't be disappointed.

It is very nice; however, its definitely not as large as the photo leads on and its definitely not worth the price. Although, I think the dimensions are in the description, I didn't pay any attention to them (which is my fault). So, if you are looking for a large piece (as in wide), this isn't it. Its very tall though, which I love. If you have money to spare, get it, but if not, I would look for a cheaper option.
